1. Licensing and Ownership

Altius Plugins are created for WordPress and are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). This ensures your freedom to use, modify, and distribute the software.

• Usage Rights: Unlike subscription-based SaaS platforms, we do not limit the number of staff members, appointments, or data records you can manage.
• Site License: Your purchase grants you a license to use the plugin on unlimited websites that you personally manage or own.
• Data Sovereignty: You retain 100% ownership of all data generated by our plugins. Altius Central does not store, process, or have access to your client data, financial records, or schedules.

2. Refund Policy (30-Day Guarantee)

We stand behind the quality of our code. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our plugins, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

• To request a refund, please contact support within 30 days of your original purchase date.
• No extensive justification is required, though we appreciate feedback on how we can improve.
• Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

3. Support and Updates

We believe in the longevity of software. Your one-time purchase includes:

• Lifetime Updates: You will receive all future versions, bug fixes, and feature enhancements for the product you purchased without recurring fees.
• Technical Support: We provide support for installation, configuration, and bug troubleshooting.

Limitation: Our support covers the functionality of our plugins "out of the box." We do not provide support for 3rd-party compatibility conflicts (other than standard WordPress/SuiteCRM environments) or custom code modifications you have made to the plugin core.

4. Warranty and Liability

Our software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Altius Central or its developers be liable for any damages, including distinct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

While we adhere to strict coding standards to ensure security and stability, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your WordPress site and SuiteCRM database before installing new plugins.

5. Affiliate and Developer Redistribution

While the GPL allows for redistribution, access to our automatic update servers and direct technical support channels is reserved for license holders. You may not resell our license keys or repackage our plugins for sale on third-party marketplaces without express written permission.
